En- Astaloy MoUsing modern and State of the art equipment, we are able to produce all known types of alloys from molten steel through the water atomization method. Molten alloy powders meet the needs of the powder industry for conventional applications and also offer the benefits of homogeneous alloys. We have developed pre-alloyed powders for some typical applications that meet the powder industry's requirements and provide the advantages of homogeneous alloy. This grade of pre-alloyed powders contains up to 1.5% Molybdenum, which increases the hardness of the manufactured parts and is the most suitable powder for Sinter-hardening treatment during sintering. The amount of carbon powder is very low to maintain compressibility, so the required carbon should be mixed as graphite powder with the base powder. The table below refers to the aforementioned powder specifications.
